FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of August, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit, that the relation- -
ship of husband and wife now exists between the parties, and that
the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved;
it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIE
JAMES WILEY and-SANDRA .MARIE WILEY be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted the custody of the minor
children of the marriage: WILLIE JAMES WILEY, JR., age two years,
and DEWAYNE WILEY, age four months, with reasonable rights of
visitation reserved to the Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 15th day of September, 1979,
the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $15.00 per week
per child, for Che support: of the i;?itwr children nau~ed above .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
