FINAL JUDGMENT
• DISSOLUTIOA-OF MARRIAGE _
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 10th day of
September, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines:- This
Court has jurisdiction of-the.-parties and-the sub3ect_ matter of this_
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
• parties; and that -the marrriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between PARTICIA ANN BURLESON,
Wife, and JOHNNY ERVIN GALLOWAY, Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to-wit:
LISA ANN GALLOWAY, date of birth December 8, 1977, which is the child
of this marriage, is hereby awarded to PATRICLA ANN BURLESON.
NE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this b day of September, 1979.
