DISS GE
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re"ration of
husband and wife now exists between .the parties; and that the
-marriage between-the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissdlved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DIETER E.
WOERNER and KAREN P. WOERNER be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.

2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with. the provisions thereof.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en3oined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may by proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, S~t Lucie County, Florida,
this 11th day of September, 1979.
