ANNULMENT OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of ,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidences
finds and determines:
This Court has, jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit;~that the defendant has not appeared, answered, nor raised
an objection to the complaint; testimony has been given~in open court
satisfactorily proving the allegations of the complaint; and the court
having been fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That said marriage between plaintiff, EVELINA BERTHA
TAYLOR, aka EVELINA BERTHA JONES and defendant, BOBBY JONES, SR., be
and the same is, hereby declared wholly null and void from the beginning;
2. That the custody of the minor children of the parties,
~ SYRELDA N. JONES and DWIGHT R. JONES, be and is hereby awarded to plain-
tiff, with reasonable visitation rights awarded to the defendant.
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harrassing or annoying the other.
4. Jursidiction of this cause,-and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
