FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOA-OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 10th day of
September, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between DEBRA MATTIX, Wife, and
LAWRENCE WAYNE MATTIX, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bo~ids
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY. Commencing on the date of this Order the
Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week as
and for permanent periodic alimony. _
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife named hereinafter. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Ali payments shah be
made in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and-
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
