and the Note defined herein. Borrower acloiowledges receipt of a copy of the complete teat of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENAN'T'S. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as foIIows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option v+dthin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make_ Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
inter+esE thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedrwss secured by this Mort
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, eicceed
