THIS CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of July, 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for 8nforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner,
and the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by
counsel, and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not
having been represented by an attorney, and the Court-having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being .fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order on Rule to Show-Cause and Order
of Contempt entered by this Court on June 13, 1979, be and it is hereby set aside. '
ADJUDGBD that DOCK BDWARDS, JR., the Respondent, had the financial
ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of
wil~.ful contempt of this Court for his willful-failure to pay support payments_
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, DOCK BDWARDS, JR., may
purge himself by promptly paying $10.00 on the arrearage in the amount of-
$1420.00 (arrearage through June 13, 1979) to the Clerk of the above entitled
Court, together with the statutory cost of $2.00 which shall be added to each
payment, on July 20, 1979, and another like payment each week thereafter until
said $1420.00 is fully paid. The payment of $10.00 per week on the arrearage
shall be in addition to the $15.00 per week as provided by order of this Court
and said payments shall continue. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all payments made by the Respondent shall be
remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 ~linewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32301,
until further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and. payable. to the person having
custody of the children. It is further .
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent of the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services at the above address. / ~
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this day
of September, 1979, nunc pro tunc July 18, 1979.
