FINAL JUDGMBNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
a
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that~the relation
of husband and wife now exists--between-the-parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. .It is thereupon
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF rARRIAGE. The marriage between the
parties, LAVINIA GARZA and JERRY GARZA be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARK ANTHONY GARZA and RAVINIA
ROSE-ELLEN GARZA, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded.
to LAVINIA GARZA, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to.
JERRY GARZA.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of September, 1979,
JERRY GARZA shall pa to GARZA the sum of $
each and. every for th support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the above mentioned
Court and by him remitted promptly to LAVINIA GARZA. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to-each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
