This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September , 19 79
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines:. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the _
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
_ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: .The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from .the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRYANT E. HARDWICR, age 5 years and
JAROD M. HARDWICR, age 3 years,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Flossie M. Hardwick
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Otha E. Hardwick.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 14th day o'f--September , 1979
OTHA E. HARDWICR shall pay to FLOSSIE M. HARDWICR
the sum of $ 29.00 per child, per week ,.for the support
of the minor child(ren) named above.

4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted_ nto
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
