-This cause came on for trial the 11th day of Sept.,
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of

the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~ - -
-the marriage=between the parties is irretrievably broken,-and_ -
should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
.above named persons. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DANNY LEGATE, age 1 year,
born January 7, 1979
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to
TARA A. LEGATE with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to BOYD B. LEGATE.
3. SUPPORT. Coanencing the 14th day of September,
19 79, BOYD B. LEGATE shall pay per week to
TARA A. LEGATE the sum of $ 30.00 for the support of
