This cause came on for trial the 11th day of Sept.,
19 7~ and the Court having given full consideration~to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction. of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and- -
ahould be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be-and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of _them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of AMY D. BROWN, born 7/6/73
minor .child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to
SHARON R. BROWN with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to DANNY C. BROWN.
3. SUPPORT. Co:mnencing the loth day of September
19 79, DANNY G. BROWN shall pay r°r wk. to
SHARON R. BROWN the sum of $ 25.00 for the support of
