~ ¢ ~ AL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation existing under the laws
of the United States of America, with its principal place of business
in the City of Belle Glade, County of Palm Beach and State of Florida,
as Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: -
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of August, 1978, Gerald T.
English, a single man, executed and delivered .to the Party of
the Second°Ear~, their certain promissory note of that date in the
principal sum of $ 65,000.00 together with a mortgage deed to secure -
the payment thereof, the said mortgage having been recorded in Offic-
ial Record Book 293 Page 335 of the Public Records of St. Luofe
County, Florida, and encumbering the following described real property
situate and lying in the County of St.. Lucie and State of Florida,
tv-wit:
Lot 8, Block 61, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVE,
a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as -
recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 12 and 12-A through
12-G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
and, -
WHEREAS, the Parties of the First Part are now the owners
and holders of the fee simple title to the above described real prop-
erty and have assumed and agreed to pay the above described promiss-
ory note and mortgage, and the respective parties hereto have mutually
agreed to modify and amend the terms thereof, - -
• NOW,~THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by the Parties of
the First Part and the Party of the second Part that the present un-
paid balance owing under the above described promissory note and
mortgage, including interest through July 31, 1979, is the sum of
