hereto that each payment as aforesaid for principal and interest is
due and payable upon the 1st day of each month, and that if a payment
shall become due and remain past due for a period of 15 days, a late
charge of 58 of the principal and interest of the monthly payment may
be cherged by the Party of the Second Part.
It is further mutually agreed by the Parties hereto that
upon the same day of each month when the payment for principal and -
interest above stated is made, the Parties of the First dart shall pay
~ to the Party of the Second Part a sum equal to one-twelfth of the
annual amount due~for taxes and insurance premiums, said sum to be de-
termined by the-Party of the Second Part. -
The Parties of the First Part agree to fully comply with
each and every term, condition, covenant-and stipulation of this
Agreement and of the aforesaid promissory note and mortgage, and that
if they fail or refuse to keep and perform the said terms, conditions,
covenants and. stipulations, or any of them, then and in that event
they will be subject to all of the penalties, costs, charges and
attorney's fees resulting from the breach thereof. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is fully executed by
the respective parties hereto, in duplicate, each to be received as
an original. -
