THIS CAUSE came on to be heard to amend~~

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was ratified ~an~~'confirmed.--
and determined to be good and valid; however, said order failed to
discharge and extinguish the Notice of Lis 'Pendens hieretofore filed
in this cause and recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as to the following described property in St. Lucie County:
The North 250 feet of the South 1500 feet of
Fractional Section 32, Zb~mship 35 South, Range

E Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Notice of Lis Pendens
dated August 31, 1977 filed by counsel for the Plaintiff herein is
hereby discharged and extinguished inasmuch as said cause was
amicably settled and dismissed and that the Clerk of the Court of
. St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby directed to discharge and
extinguish said Notice of Lis Pendens as to the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
