THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on Tuesday, September 11th,
1979, upon the pleadings filed herein, and the Court having heard
the testamony'of the witnesses and arguments of, counsel and having
been otherwise f_u_l~ly .advised in_ .the _premse_s, the Court f Inds and
decides as follows:
__1. That___the Court__ has_j_urisdiction __over the parties _
and_sub3ect matter of this proceeding.
2. The the Petitioner has been a resident of Florida _
for more than six (6) months next before the filing of this pro-
ceeding. -
3. That the parties were married on November 25, 1977,

in-Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
4. That one child has been born as a result of this
marriage, to wit: RRISTOPHER PAUL, age 1, date of birth, April 21,
1978. That the parties have agreed that each is a fit and proper -
- person to have the custody of the minor child.. The. parties have
agreed that the parties shall-have equal joint or split custody and
control of the minor child.
S. That the marriage between the parties is irretriev-
able broken.
6. That the parties have entered into a Property Settle-
went Agreement dated September 10, 1979, received and filed as
