evidence. as Wife's Bxhibit I, Which Agreement makes fair and
reasonable provisions governing the division of property between
the parties and support and maintenance of the child of the parties.
IT IS THERBUPON, ordered as follows:
l,__That the bonds of matrimony are hereby dissolved a
vinculo because the marriage is irretrievable broken. -
2. That the custody of the minor child, RRISTOPHER PAUL, -
of the parties is hereby awarded jointly to both- the Wife and the
Husband to be shared on an equal or split basis on any one (1) year
period.
3. That the•Property Settlement Agreement dated Sept-
ember 10, 1979, introduced as evidence and marked as Wife' Bxhibit I,
was freely entered into by the parties after full disclosure sad
under circumstances that appear from the evidence, it is in the
best interests of the parties and in its entirety, the Agreement-is
- -hereby- rati-fled-and-incorporated--by--reference--into- the--Judgment,
and the parties are ordered to comply with all the terms of this
Agreement. _
4. That this Court reserves jurisdiction for such other
and further orders as may or might be necessary, appropriate or
just for the proper and equitable enforcement of any of the terms
or conditions of this Order or Property Settlement Agreement.
