and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
- finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
. and subject matter of this-suit: that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; aBd that the marriage between

is thereupon
ORDERED AND. ADJiJDGED as follows ;
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of .matrimony
heretofore existin between them and from the obligations arising

therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of J. M. BROWN, age 7 years and
MICHAEL BROWN, age 5 years
minor childiren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA ANN
BROWN, Kith reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES BROWN.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry'of such further orders as may be
proper.
