This cause came on for trial this 11th day of September,
19 ?9, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and_determinea~: _This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and rife
now. exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the -
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED a8 follows;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGEs The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between-them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: LILLIAN MAE WATERBURY be
and she is~herebg authorized to assume her former name of
LILLIAN MAE STORM and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
