and DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
WILLIAM B. MCCATHERN, Husband -
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband- and- wife--now exists -between- -the- parties; and that the- - _ -
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should-
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
- of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of GREGORY S. McCATHERN, age 16 yrs.,
MISTY D. McCATHERN, age 14 yrs., STACEY. A. MOCATHERN, age 11 yrs.,
and JACKIE L. McCATHERN, age 9 yrs., minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to RUTH C. McCATHERN.

3. RESTORATION OF NAME: RUTH C. 1~icCATHERN be and .she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of RUTH C. HOLDEN, and .
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter-
vened.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of September, 1979, at
Fort Pierce, Florida.
