This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September , 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the, parties
and subject matter~of-t2iis suits that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties;. and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLQTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ISAAC BANNING, JR., born March 5, 1979
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
GLORIA J. RAHMING.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and. the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry~of such further orders as may be
proper.
