and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence.
finds and detenaines: This Court hae jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter-of~this suit: that the relation-of-husband and - -
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and-should be-dissolved. -It

is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: T2:e marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and.the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of DOYLE D. McPEAK, age 16 years and
MICHELLE R. McPEAR, age 12 years,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to PRISCILLA M. McPEAR,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DOYLE G. McPEAR.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for-the entry~of such further orders as may be
proper.
