DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGB
This cause came on for trial this 11th day of September,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds_and_determinea; This Court has jurisdiction of the. parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the -
- -
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of th em are hereby forever freed ftOm the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between the~o and from the obligations
arising. therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: EVA H. JORDAN be
and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of
EVA HARDWICR KEPHART and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
