CASE NO. 79-737 FR IN RE: THS MARRIAGE OF ~ - LINDA LAVONNB ELAM, Wife and LeROY HUGH ELA1~l, Husband - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .THIS CAUSE came to trial the ~ day of , 1979, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; and that the relationship of husband and wife which now exists between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between LINDA - LAVONNE SLAM and LeROY HUGH ELAM, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever - freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them i' and from the obligations arrising therefrom. 2. Custody and Visitation. The care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties, BRIAN DOUGLAS ELAM, age nine (9) ears old is granted to the Wife, LINDA LAVONNE SLAM, subject to Y husband's rights of visitation. The Husband's visitation rights are set out more fully in the stipulation and agreement being incorporated into this Final Judgment. 3. Agreement. The~Stipulation and Agreement executed by the parties and introduced into evidence as the Wife's Exhibit "A" was ~ freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties and their child.
