ORDER
. THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Motion for
Weekend Visitation filed by the Mother, JUDY HENDERSON, and the Court
having taken testimony of witnesses, heard argument of Counsel and
considered-the file and being otherwise fully and well advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's~Motion for Weekend
Visitation shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AZ1D ADJUDGED that the Mother, JUDY HENDERSON, shall
have weekend visitation with the sub3ect child, SHERAY PETERMAN, which
weekend visitation shall commence upon the termination of the school 4
day on every other Friday and continue through until Sunday evening at -
6:00 P.M. Said weekend visitation shall be on every other weekend
commencing Friday, September 14, 1979; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that both parties to this action shall
properly care for the sub3ect child by providing a healthy environment
which includes proper meals and hygiene.
- DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this day of September, 1979.
