THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion -
for Release from Incarceration of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTIi AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for THELMA LUCILLE GREEN and the Court
having considered the papers filed herein and being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from
Incarceration be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of
St. Lucie County, Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to
im®ediately release THELMA LUCILLE GREEN from incarceration, until
~ further order of this Court. _
