FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on September 12, 1979, and
upon the Default entered against the Wife, ANN MARIE DeVITO
CESTERNINO, and upon the taking of testimony in open court,
and the court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
the court finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ANTHONY J. CESTERNINO
and ANN MARIE CESTERNINO be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2.~ CUSTODY. The wife, ANN MARIE CESTERNINO, shall have
the permanent care, custody, and control of the two minor children
- of the parties, CHRISTOPHER CESTERNINO and LAURA CESTERNINO. -
3. VISITATION. The husband shall have the right to
reasonable visitation with he children of the parties.
4. CHILD SUPPORT he husband shall pay child support
in the amount of $~.00 per week. per child commencing on
September 14, 1979, and said payments being due on each Friday,
of each week thereafter.
