MOSS, Husband DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - ) - This cause came on for trial the 11th day cif September ~ lg 79_ and-the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is i=retrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as .follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same.is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of TOBIAS B. MOSS, age 9 yrs., ANTOINETTE - E. MOSS, age 6 yrs., and DAVID P. MOSS, age 2 years, minor child(ren) of the parties, is~hereby awarded to SUSAN H. MOSS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RAYMOND H. MOSS. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 14th day of September , lg 79 RAYMOND H. MOSS ~ ~ shall pay to SUSAN H. MOSS the sum of $ 33.00 per child, per week , for the support of the minor child(ren) named above. 4.
