in consideration of the swa of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid, by

under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the unsealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, tranafer~and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage

recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 34, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said 'mortgage, and the money
sue and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
