AMENDMENT T8 DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTIYE,COVENANTS
FOR BEAU RIVAGE ESTATES
WHEREAS, Beau Rivage Estates Development, Inc.,
a Florida Corporation (hereinafter called "Developer")
did file a certain Declaration of Restrictions and Protective
Covenants for Beau Rivage Estates, which Declaration was
dated July 13, 1979 and was recorded at O.R. Book 313,
Pages 9 through 21,~inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and '
WHEREAS, said Declaration was incomplete in that
it omitted certain information which was intended to have
been set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, by virtue of this Amendment Developer
_ _desires _to supplythe_information which was omitted as.
aforesaid in order to complete said Declaration; and
. WHEREAS, Developer desires to additionally amend
the terms and conditions of said Declaration by virtue of
this Amendment; and
WHEREAS, Declarant is still the fee simple owner
of all of the real property which was subject to the said
Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by these presents,
that Developer hereby amends the aforesaid Declaration of
Restrictions and Protective Covenants for Beau Rivage Estates
as follows:
1. The description of the real property which

' the words "Beau Rivage Estates" meant and referred to in
Section I, Paragraph 1 of said Declaration, and which was
referred to as being described in Exhibit "A" attached thereto,
which Exhibit "A" was omitted from said Declaration, it is
particularly described as follows, to wit:
