The description of that certain parcel of real property which_the-words "Lake of the Estates" meant and referred to in Section I, Paragraph 10 of said Declaration, which was referred to as being described in Exhibit B attached thereto and which Exhibit was omitted from said Declaration shall mean and refer to that parcel described as the Lake of the Estates and dedicated to Beau Rivage Estates Homeowner's Association, Inc., for the use of the owners of lots in Beau Rivage Estates, as particularly set forth in the plat of Beau Rivage Estates filed at Plat _ _ _ - Book 20, Page 4, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. The Plat Book and Page reference in Section III, Paragraph 4 of said Declaration is hereby completed to read as Plat Book 20, Page 4, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - 4. Article VI, Section 3, is hereby amended to read as follows: i 3. Except as provided in Section II of this Article VI, the terms, provisions and conditions of this Declaration may only be modified, amended, waived, extinguished, or rescinded in whole or in part, by the recording of a written instrument or certified _ copy of a Resolution of the Association executed _ or adopted as the case may be, by two-thirds (2/3) of the Block "A"owners and two-thirds (2/3) of the Blcok "B" owners, and all institu- tional lenders holding mortgages on such lots. 5. All other terms and conditions contained in the said Declaration, shall remain in full force and effect as therein set forth.
