mortgage is dated December 27, 1978, securing the principal
sum of 6145,000.00, recorded at Official Records Book 300,
Page 1555, of the Public Records of St. Lucie, County,
Florida, does hereby consent to and join in the said
Amendment to DeclAration of Restrictions and Protective -
-Covenants of Beau Rivage Estates and agrees that the
Developer, Beau Rivage Estates Development, Inc., a Florida
Corporation, may make said Amendment. -
