Notice is hereby given pursuant of a Final Judgment of
Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 1979, entered
against the Defendants, ROBERT P. POWELEIT and CAROLE~E.
POWELEIT, his wife, in Case No. 78-488 CA of the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. ,
Lucie County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE
is Plaintiff and ROBERT P. POWELEIT and CAROLE E. POWELEIT,
his wife, are Defendants, I, Roger Poitras, or my below-
signed Deputy Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder
for cash at the east front door of the St. Lucie County
i Courthouses in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, at
