THIS CAUSE having come on the stipulation of the parties,
through counsel, for the substitution of. appointment of guardian.
ad litem, for the absence unknown defendants, defendants in the
military services of the United States of America, minor defendants
and also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise
under legal disability, if any, and it appearing to tY.e Court that
such stipulation is well taken and the Court being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as~follows:
