THIS CAUSE having come on the stipulation of the parties,
through counsel, for the substitutian of appointment of guardian
ad litem, for the absent unrcnown defendants, defendants in the
military services of the United States of America, minor defendants
a.~d also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise
under legal disability, if any, and it appearing to tr.e Court that
such stipulation is well taken and the Court being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
