ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plai>tiff's
motion for continuance and the Plaintiff's motion to amend to
demand jury-trial and upon-the stipulation of counsel with
regard to the motion for continuance, and upon the argument
of counsel with regard to the motion to amend, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's motion for continuance is granted.
The pre-trial conference previously scheduled is hereby
cancelled. This case shall be removed from the docket until
such time as it is once more noticed for trial by either party.
2. Plaintiff's motion to amend to demand jury trial
is hereby granted, and the pleadings are hereby amended to
reflect a demand for jury trial. Upon this case being noticed
for trial by jury, the party noticing the case for trial shall
set out in said notice all issues to be tried to a jury in this
case.
