PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
The Petitioner-, MAXINE BROWN, alleges:
1) The only asset of the above ancillary administration
i~ the hereinafter described real property situate, lying and
being in St. Lurie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 705, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 18,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, page 17 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2) The property has a value of $3,000.00. The domiciliary
proceedings located in the orphan's court, in and for the County
of Allegheny, State of Pennsylvania, requires the sale of the
property in order to pay the costs of administration and claims
against the Estate.
3) The personal representative, MAXINE BROWN, has offered
to the Estate the sum of $3,000.00 cash for the purchase of
s subject property. The two beneficiaries under the Last Will and
Testament of the decedent are MILDRED VISALLI and MARION MILLIGAN.
Each of the beneficiaries has failed or otherwise refused to part-
r icipate in the administration of the Estate and will not sign
consents to the sale of the subject property or otherwise volun-
tarily allow its sale.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the court enter an order
authorizing the sale of subject property to MAXINE BROWN, an
individual.
