PETITION FOR FINAL DISCHARGE
To the Honorable Judges of the Above Entitled Court:
The Petition of ETHEL P. KICLITER and HARRY J. KICLITER, JR.,
respectfully shows : - - - - - - _ - - - - -
1. Petitioners are the duly qualified and acting Personal
Representatives of the Estate of VIDA B. PETERSON, deceased.
2. That as such Personal Representatives, Petitioners have
-published Notice of Administration as required by-law, and legal-- -
proof of such publication has heretofore been filed in this Court.
3. The tip for filing of creditor claims has long since
expired and all creditors have been paid,
4. Inheritance taxes due the United States and the State
of Florida have been fully paid and evidence thereof has been
filed fn this cause.
f 5. That all expenses of administration have been paid.
~ 6. That pursuant to previous order of this"Court, all of
this Estate with the exception of the residuary has been dis-
tributed and receipts evidencing such distribution, signed by
the beneficiaries receiving such properties have heretofore been
filed in this cause.
7. That the only parties having a remaining interest in
this Estate are the residuary beneficiaries who, together with their
