8. That Petitioners have-made complete distribution to the
residuary beneficiaries and their receipts are-being filed here-
' .with. And further, the said residuary beneficiaries being all
the parties interested in this Estate, have waived the filing of
further accounting by the Personal ,Representatives, released the
Personal Representatives from all further liablity in connection
with this Estate and consented to the entry•of an Order discharg-
ing the Personal Representatives without delay, notice or hearing.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that an Order be entered by this
Honorable-Court- discharging Petitioners of- and fr-om--further iia- - -
bility in connection with the administration of the Estate--of
VIDA B. PETERSON, deceased,
