ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the Petition
of ETHEL P. KICLITER and HARRY J. RICLITER, JR., as Personal Rep-

resentatives- o the above-Estate- or an -Order of--Final Discharge, -
and it having been made to appear that the Estate of VIDA B.
PETERSON, deceased, has been administered and distributed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the terms
of the Decedent's Last Will and Testament, That Receipts evi-
dencing complete distribution have been filed in this cause and
that the residuary beneficiaries, being the sole remaining parties
interested in this Estate, have in writing waived the filing of
further accounting by the Personal Representatives and have con-
• sented to the entry of .this Order of Final Discharge, and the
j Court being advised in the premises, it is thereupon
I
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ETHEL P. KICLITER-and HE?.RRY J.
KICLITER, JR, be, and each them are hereby discharged of and from
further liablity in connection with the administatiton of this
Estate; and, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Administration of the Estate
of VIDA B, PETERSON, deceased, be closed,
DONE AND ORDERED this /O~Y. day of September, 1979.
