and petitioner on March 23rd, 1979, qualified as Personal Representative.
2. There are three (3) devisees named in the Last Will and Testament.
3. The total value of said estate, as appears by the inventory on
file in said court is the sum of $212428.25, - -
4. The Petitioner as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Theodore G. Rapp, Sr., hereby petitions the Court for an order allowing
her to deliver the following described property:

Lot It Block 7 of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION,
Unit 1, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof
E recorded in Plat Book l2 Pages 1 b 2 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 560,500.00
{ together with furniture and furnishings.
5. Said property is a specific devise to the above named dsvi.see
according to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
b. Petitioner would further show unto the Court that the property
sought to be delivered or comreyed will not be required to pay the debts,
claims, estate taxes and expenses of administration, or for providing funds
for contribution or enforcing equalization in case of advancements. -
WHEREfORE, Petitioner prays for an order directing her to deliver the
• above described poperty to the above named devisee.
