distribution of the assets of the estate to the following named benif i ei ary,
under the terms of-the Last Mill and Testament of the above-named decedent;
coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that the

beneficiary wi11 not be required to pay the debts, claims,-estate taxes
and expenses of the administration of the above-named estate or for pro-
viding funds for contribution or enforcing equalization in case of
advancements; and the Court being fully advised;
