It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. It is further _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the distributees shall be personally
liable for all lawful claims against the Estate of the decedent, not
to exceed the amount of their distributive share. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property- of-the--decedent,--anal-those-with--whom securities--or--------
other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered
to comply with this Order by paying, delivering, and transferring to
those specified above-the parts of the decedent's Estate assigned to
them by this Order, and-- shall not be accountable- to anyone--else- for-
the property.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
