The Petitioner, RUTA WOLFREY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named Personal Representative under the Last Will
and Testament of MAYME McRNIGAT, Deceased. Petitioner's
name and address are as-set forth in Paragraph 3 below

and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as
set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MAYME McRNIGHT, whose last known
address was 6415 Badger Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 88, and whose social security number is 380-20-6654A, _
died on August 23, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of-this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
