is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as Personal

9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified
to act as Personal Representative under the laws H~of the
State of Florida; that she will faithfully admin~Ister the
estate of said decedent according to law, and that she
hereby designates CHEER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, whose residence address is,151
Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, as her agent or
attorney for service of process in any suit or action against
her in her representative capacity, or personally if such
personal action accrued in the administration of this estate.
Petitioner requests ghat the decedent's Last Will
be admitted to probate and that she be appointed Personal
• Representative of the estate of the decedent.
