Lessee agrees that the demised premises shall be used and occupied by themselves, their successors, assigns or sub-tenants only as specified for lawful enterprises and for no other purpose or purposes without Lessor's written consent. 15. ABANDONMENT. Lessee agrees not to vacate or abandon the premises at any time during the demised term. Should Lessee vacate or abandon said premises or be dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, such abandonment, vacation or dispossession shall be a breach of this Lease and, in addition to any other rights which Lessor may have, Lessor may remove any personal property belonging to Lessee which remains in the demised premises and store the same, such removal and storage to be for the account of the Lessee. : 16. LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Lessee at their own cost and expense shall comply promptly with all laws, rules, and orders of all Federal, State and Municipal governments, or departments, which may be . applicable-to-the- leased--premises ~ and shall likewise promptly- comply- - with the requirements of any fire insurer or fire regulatory agency. 17. NOTICES. All notices to be given Lessee may be given in writing personally or by depositing same in the United States Mail, postage prepaid, and address to the Lessee at 167 Curtis Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, or such other address as Lessee may from time to time designate in writing. Notices by Lessee to Lessor shall be in writing and deposited in the United States Mail, postage prepaid, address to Lessor at 231S Tamarand Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, or such other address as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing. 18. HOLDING 0i1ER. Any holding over after the expiration of the said term, with the consent of the Lessor, shall be construed to be a tenancy from month to month, and shall be upon the terms and conditions herein specified, so far as applicable. 19. SUBORDINATION.
