FIRST ADDENDUM TO LBAS$ '
THIS FIRST ADDENDUM to that certain-Lease made the
day of /~Il6vs~ , 1979 by and between MORRIS GATES and
ANNA S. GATES, his wife, S. DAVID GATES and SYLVIA GORDON
as Lessors and IOANNIS ROUSSIS and CONSTANTINOS ROUSSIS, as
Lessees hereinafter referred to ws the "Lease,"
W I T N S S S E T 8
1. Lessors and Lessees hereby agree that the Lease
is subordinate and inferior to that certain mortgage of even
date herewith- in the original principal amount of $100,000
.given by Lessors to the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the last sentence
of paragraph 19 of the Lease that all rights of Lessees under
the Lease are also subordinate to said mortgage and the rights

of Mortgagee thereunder.
3. Except as hereby modified, the Lease or the terms
of the Lease are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
IN WITNESS WSEREOF the par~t~i~es hereto have signed this
First Addendum to Lease this ~~t-= day of August, 1979.
