CONSENTED MODIFICATION TO FINAL JUDGMENT ORDER
The Court being fully advised of the premises in this case, that
the Husband and Wife have stipulated to a modification of the Final
Judgment and Separation Agreement, said Stipulation attached to
this Order, it is hereby
ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
l . - That --the Separation- Agreement-- entered -into -by the- Husband- and-- -
Wife on March 21, 1975, is incorporated by reference and continues
with full force and effect as though fully set out herein except as
hereinafter amended;
2. That paragraph 3 of the Separation Agreement of March 21, 1975,
entitled SUPPORT FOR THE CHILDREN, is hereby amended only insofar as -

` there shall be an increase in the child support payment, specifically
the Husband shall pay to the Wife for the support and maintenance
of his daughter, LYNDA NELSON, the sum of $365.00 per month, and shall
pay to the Wife for the support and maintenance of his daughter,
CHRISTINE NELSON, the sum of $350.00 per month.
3. That paragraph 4 of the Separation Agreement entitled CUSTODY
OF CHILDREN, is deleted and the following substituted therefore; the
Wife shall have primary custody of the children of the Parties, LYNDA
NELSON and CHRISTI NELSON.
The Husband shall have visitation rights with the children
each weekend on Saturdays, 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M., and shall be en-
titled to have the children (or child) overnight every other weekend.
The Husband shall also be entitled to have the children with him up
to one-half of all school holidays. The Husband shall also have visi-
tation rights on Wednesdays each week. The Husband will request the
specific periods at least three weeks in advance and the Wife will
give an answer and approval, after any necessary adjustments, at least
