Also, the Husband shall be entitled to have the children with
him-for a period of one month each summer with said month to be broken
down into at least two intervals.:. One such interval shall begin _
July 18th and continue for two weeks. The dates for the other periods
shall be requested by the Husband at least three (3) weeks in ad-
vance and answered and approved by the Wife, with any necessary
adjustments at least one (1) week later.
Both Parties agree that this Agreement may be changed-from
time to time by the~Parties by mutual consent. However, changes or
cancellations and substitutions may be made for valid reasons and
agreement therefore will not be unreasonably withheld providing there
is not inconvenience incurred by the other Party. Request for sub-
stitution (that is,.Sunday instead of Saturday visits), changes, cancel-
lations or special visits shall be made with valid reasons and ample

the other Party.
Should the Wife or Husband move out of the Stuart area, visitations
would be less frequent but for longer periods. Both Parties agree
to execute a new visitation schedule prior to moving out of the Stuart
area and all subsequent moves as long as the children remain in .
the custody of the Wife and under the age of twenty-one (21).

The Parties will pay their own attorneys' fees in connection with
this Agreement.
