DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of ,
1979 and the Court having given full conr~ideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter .
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife naw exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION O1~ MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOYCE L. OONZALES
and DAVID M. GONZALES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of PATRICIA LYNN GONZALES, born April 16, 1973,
and NECOLE MARIE GONZALES, born November 27, 1977, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Petitioner, JOYCE L. GONZALES. It is further ordered that
Petitioner be awarded the permanent custody of the yet unborn child of the -
parties when it comes into being.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1979,
Respondent, DAVID M. GONZALES, shall pay to etitioner, JOYCE L. GONZALES, the
sum of $~~each and every week for the support of the two (2) minor
children named above and for the unborn child of the parties when it comes into
being.
