Each payment shall be made to the Clark of this Court and by E
him remitted promptly to Petitioner, JOYCE L. OONZALSS.. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.~ u statutory. costa to be added to-each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments s~iall be made in cash, money order
or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of -
this-Court advised of their. mailing and .residence addresses-at all times.
while this order is in effect.
. 4. RffiTORATION OF NAIL. Petitioner, JOYCE L. GONZALBS, be and _
she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of JOYCE L. I~ODY and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6. ADDITIONAL COSTS. It is hereby ordered that Respondents Husband
pay the medical and hospital expenses relating to the unborn child's delivery =
- and-all medical expenses-for prenatal care.
7. DEBTS. It is hereby ordered that Respondent hold Petitioner
harmless from the joint debts of the parties, as enumerated in the Petition.
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. -
